Jacinta is the Shadow Minister for Indigenous Australians and a Senator for the Northern Territory.

Jacinta Nampijinpa Price is a proud Territorian, former small business owner, former Director of Indigenous Research at the Centre for Independent Studies, a spokesperson for Advance Australia, a Sky News Political Commentator, contributor to The Australian and the Daily Telegraph and until recently served as Deputy Mayor of Alice Springs Town Council.

Jacinta has for many years advocated against domestic violence and the need for positive cultural change. Throughout the platforms of television, visual art, music, women’s AFL and local government, Jacinta has worked with a number of initiatives to empower young Indigenous children, girls and women.

Jacinta is passionate about driving our economy to work for us all and continues to fight to maintain our rich Australian values for the benefit of all Territorians and Australians alike.
